Husband of Meenakshi Natarajan, Congress Leader





Meenakshi Natarajan is considered as one of the closest Congress leaders of Rahul Gandhi . She is the national sportsperson of the party.


Meenakshi Natarajan has a South Indian upbringing, as the name suggest. However, she is born and brought up in Madhya Pradesh.


Contrary to the popular perception, Meenakshi Natarajan isn’t married. She is still single and there is no plan to get married. After becoming the president of the NSUI, she decided to remain single for the entire life so that she can give the maximum possible time to the party.


In the last General Election, she lost to a novice candidate of the BJP. However, in 2009, she had defeated Lakshi Sharma from Mandsore. It should be remembered that BJP had lost Mandsore seat after 1977 to the Congress.


Meenakshi Natarajan is staying alone in Delhi Congress office. None of her family members stay with her.
